The Spa did not use the full time allotted for my treatment. The girl doing the treatment used at least 10min of time trying to sell her products.

We didn't want to say goodbye and will be back. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was large. The staff was helpful, and requests were handled quickly. The breakfast was delicious, varied, the location was fantastic...

Couldn't stay longer!

A hidden gem in the mountains

The fine views from our villa were amazing each morning. The restaurant's diverse menu was a good surprise!

The walk to our villa was quite long, and one evening we faced water issues that took a while to resolve. It was inconvenient but didn't ruin our overall experience.

Lovely hotel in beautiful mountains. It was a special treat to stay there.

We could hear the people in the rooms next to us all the time. The service from the staff at breakfast was poor - we had to constantly ask to be served.

Shower sprayed water everywhere!!! Kitchen sink leaked and smelled damp!!! The decor feels a bit worn and could use a refreshing touch!!! The TV setup lacks modern technology!!!

The views are spectacular and it is a great location.

The hotel seems to need to be refurbished - the finishes in the room we stayed in looked tatered and not to the level of a 5 star establishment. The noise levels are also very high. I'm not sure if it was the particular room we stayed in as it had a thatch roof, but you could hear every single noise from outside as well as hear the people staying in the room next to ours. The insulation also seems to be poor as it felt like the wind was blowing through the room, probably also due to the thatch.

The place was fairly clean with a very welcoming and incredible staff. We had a villa with an outstanding view. The breakfast had lots of excellent options, and was tasty.

Amazing views but could use a little TLC

The views were seriously amazing! Waking up to those mountains was like a dream. Breakfast by the pool was a plus. Enjoying that sun while munching was great. The only bummer was the room needed some updates. It just felt kinda worn out.

The room had a beautiful ambiance, yet it smelled of mouldy carpet.

Peace and quiet.

"curtains" in the room did not close properly, meaning it was light when the sun came up. Not the greatest thing for the one day a year I take off to sleep in.
